Tucker Carlson Took On BJ Hunnicut And Tore Him A New One Colonel Potter Couldn’t Put Back Together
This whole thing about liberals trying to get electors to not vote for Donald Trump is out and out laughable for a couple of reasons. One, the electors are supposed to be acting in representation of the will of the people.
It would be like if a fireman decided not to put out a house fire because the owner of the house stiffed him on a football bet or something.
Anyway, not to be ones to not take advantage of a chance to flap their gums, liberal celebrities are going on and on trying to get electors to change their votes.
I like BJ Hunnicut. I can’t stand the guy that played him on television.
So liberals believe Hillary should have won because she won the popular vote because that’s democracy. But failing that they want 37 electors to disregard the millions of people they represent. Something sounds inconsistent there, as Tucker Carlson nicely brings out.
Mike Farrell tries to pitch the illusion of John Kasich as a ‘reasonable’ alternative to Trump. The only way that would happen is if you flipped over 270 electors to vote for him, which isn’t going to happen. Even if you deprived Trump of 270, it would still be thrown to the House, where you could only vote for the top three candidates who received electoral votes.
Since there are only 2, Clinton and Trump, you could not vote for any other candidate, Kasich included. So for whom does he think the GOP controlled House is going to vote?
